Refund policy
Refund Eligibility
At ChicSakura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging included (including any branded boxes, dust bags, or protective covers)
- Proof of purchase provided (order number or receipt)
Final sale items (marked as such on product pages) are not eligible for refunds.
How to Initiate a Refund
- Log in to your ChicSakura account
- Navigate to "Order History"
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Complete the return request form
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees
- Refund amounts may be adjusted for items returned in less than perfect condition
Exchanges
We currently offer refunds only. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence and will provide instructions for return or replacement.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Special Considerations
For hygiene reasons, pajamas and undergarments can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened and seals are intact.
